Accommodation Tax

We would like to inform you that the stated room rates do not include local taxes. Starting from January 1, 2024, all guests will be additionally charged the accommodation tax of the city of Hannover, regardless of the purpose of your trip. This tax will be shown separately on your invoice.

Please also note that possible additional charges or an increase in VAT may be calculated in addition to the stated prices. We are obligated to implement these changes in accordance with legal regulations.

The tax per person and night for a gross fee is:

  • over 25.00 euros up to 50.00 euros = 3.00 euros (excl. VAT)
  • over 50.00 euros up to 100.00 euros = 4.00 euros (excl. VAT)
  • over 100 euros up to 150.00 euros = 5.00 euros (excl. VAT)
  • over 150.00 euros up to 200.00 euros = 6.00 euros (excl. VAT)
  • For each additional 50.00 euros of gross fee started, the tax increases by one euro.
