House Rules

• The hotel staff is generally authorized to issue a house ban to any guest in order to maintain public order and comply with the house rules.
• Open fire, smoking, and lighting candles are not allowed in the stairwell, corridor, breakfast room, sanitary areas, and hotel rooms. In case of violation, we will charge a flat rate of 250.00 € and possibly issue a house ban.
• Hotel rooms and their furnishings, as well as other hotel property, must not be damaged.
• We kindly ask you to report any complaints about the room or inconveniences caused by other guests in the house immediately to the reception.
• We must inform you that any damage caused by you must be compensated to the hotel and will be charged to you.
• Breakfast times:
  • Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM,
  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Check-In: from 2:00 PM / Check-Out: until 11:00 AM
• Please close the room door when leaving the hotel. We also ask you to return the room key card to the reception upon check-out.
• For safety reasons, it is not allowed to lean out of the windows – they may only be opened for ventilation. The windowsill must not be used as a seat, and nothing may be thrown or called out of the windows.
• Our fire alarm is a loud signal tone. When it sounds, it is no longer allowed to go to the rooms, and the hotel must be evacuated via the marked escape routes as quickly as possible. In this case, only the stairs and emergency stairways may be used; under no circumstances should you use the elevators. Emergency exits are marked accordingly. All escape plans are displayed at the reception, on the room doors, and in the corresponding corridors. The emergency meeting point is in front of or behind our building, depending on the situation.
• Persons not booked at the hotel are only allowed access to the rooms after prior registration at the reception. The hotel and its staff may deny access in individual cases.
• When using the free Wi-Fi for guests (if available), the provisions of data protection and child and youth protection must be observed. Violations are subject to reporting.
• Bringing illegal drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate house ban. In this case, the relevant authorities will also be notified of this circumstance.
• Pets are allowed upon registration.
• From 10:00 PM, quiet hours apply in all rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas. Any noise should be avoided. Failure to observe quiet hours may lead to immediate expulsion from the premises. The hotel expects respectful behavior towards other guests, residents, and staff.
• The use of brought-in electrical devices such as water kettles, hot plates, music systems, or similar is not permitted. Violations and resulting damages in the room will be charged to the guest in full.
• In case of fire, please refer to the evacuation plan located on the inside of your room door.
• The hotel expressly assumes no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry, cash, laptops, mobile phones).
• Our staff is present for you 24 hours a day. Regular security checks through the building take place at night. The main entrance door is always closed at night. Access to the building is possible at any time by ringing the doorbell or by telephone notification. For security reasons, public areas are under video surveillance.
• Visitors are only allowed access to the rooms after prior registration at the reception. The staff may deny access in individual cases.
• We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and deny services to those guests who disregard the house rules and whose behavior causes damage to the hotel or other guests.
• Serious violations of the house rules, the General Terms and Conditions, as well as disregarding instructions from the staff will lead to expulsion from the premises. A refund for services already paid for is excluded.
